These starlings joined Preacher Birb in my apartment complex spring 2020, eventually nesting in a cozy fissure within the roof. Over several days, these dedicated parents holding individual strands of leaf litter and twine squeezed under stalactite nails to make their home. To think we manage so poorly when the thermostat is adjusted.
